Thasos offers a modern touch to the Greek –Mediterranean cuisine serving traditional recipes with a modern twist in a contemporary setting with an emphasis on fresh seafood.

We use only the best and freshest ingredients for all our dishes, which are prepared using old family recipes from the island of Thasos and our knowledge of nutrition: fresh fish from the Mediterranean sea or local fish are brought to our kitchen to be served grilled like one eats in Greece but we also serve some classic dishes like meatballs “keftedes” and lamb chops for meat lovers. Every day we offer a ‘special of the day’ menu with all the fresh fishes.

Thasos is the perfect Fort Lauderdale restaurant to hold private parties: birthdays, corporate and press events, rehearsal dinners, weddings, graduations, 1st communions, receptions…

You will accommodate your guests with the same spirit of hospitality as we provide everyday in our restaurant. We will customize your menu so you could enjoy a family style meal or individually plated, depending on what serves your party’s needs.

Private dining rooms are available for groups of 12 to 120. We also have a terrace that can accommodate your guests for cocktails, before their dinner. We also offer the option to rent out our entire restaurant: seated dining capacity up to 260.

Thasos offers a catering service to have you enjoy our food in your home or in your office. You can order our traditional spreads and “mezedes” or full entrees and house made desserts. For next day orders, orders must be confirmed by 3pm the business day before. No event is too large or too small…

special dinners

Come celebrate Greek Easter with family and friends on April 8^th 2018! We will be serving our full menu along with the Easter menu.

gift certificates

We will be happy to provide a gift certificate, starting at $25. All gift certificates and your personal message can be mailed with delivery confirmation with an additional $8.00 charge. There is no expiration date, service charges to our certificate. However the certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
